Fiat Commercial Workshop Foreman
Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for;
- Ensuring all vehicle tasks and completed correctly and within the specified time
- Overseeing and mentoring staff members
- Keeping the workshop in a clean and tidy state
- Ensuring all workshop operations are completed to a professional standard
The ideal candidate will;
- Have excellent time management skills and work efficiently
- Present to work in a punctual and presentable manner
- Advise Service Manager of any ongoing workshop issues or workplace concerns
- Have a safe and environmentally friendly approach to work
- Complete all services and repairs to a professional standard
Skills and Experience:
- Advanced mechanical, electrical and diagnostic capabilities
- 5+ years experience will be an advantage but not necessary for the right candidate
- Able to work autonomously, unsupervised and coach other staff members
- Fiat Commercial experience would be an advantage
- Air conditioning licence would be an advantage
- The successful applicant will also hold relevant and valid qualifications as required
